Earlier this year, UTRS was awarded a $7.4M task order on the Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) contract to support the creation and maintenance of multiple weapons systems, Test Program Sets (TPSs), and software installers for the Weapons and Software Engineering Center (WSEC) at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. This one-year award allows numerous UTRS personnel to continue providing consistent engineering support to the U.S. Army for Automated Test Equipment (ATE), TPSs, and the Diagnostic and System Health (DASH) software for artillery and tank weapon systems. These latter include Abrams, Paladin, Stryker, Light Armored Vehicle (LAV), Common Remotely Operated Weapon System (CROWS), and others. A frequent UTRS teaming partner, Total Technology, Inc., will perform as a subcontractor on this work. This is UTRS’s eighth task order under the RS3 contract. Congratulations to Bill Nichols and the UTRS Automated Test Division on this award!
