TRAINING AND EDUCATION

UTRS has extensive experience developing and conducting training and education in the field and in the classroom, using video, computer-based programs, and traditional classroom instruction. Our firm is a leader in functional user support and training, and we have provided this support for users of safety systems, fire controls, billing systems, financial reporting applications, budget applications, the Defense Travel System, and more.

OUR CAPABILITIES

We know just how important it is for users to be able to properly operate their systems and equipment, which is why UTRS personnel develop training documentation, provide training program planning, and coordinate training events. We also provide the following training and education support activities:

Develop, update, and implement education and training courses for technology transfer professionals
Develop, update, publish, and disseminate training materials in multiple formats
Develop end-user technical support documentation and various types of user guides, tutorials, and technical reports
Develop and publish instructional manuals for Fire Control Systems and Components Specifications
Create instructional documentation for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) on flight safety systems
Our personnel travel to proving grounds for systems fielding and associated training of fire control systems

As part of our life-cycle support services, we participate in System Training and Fielding for many of our products, ensuring the products we deliver meet specifications by providing technical support, on-scene repairs, and instructional/training assistance.
