Steve George, Executive Vice President of UTRS, has been awarded the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Service Member Patriot Award. ESGR, a Department of Defense (DoD) program that promotes cooperation and understanding between Reserve Component Service members and their civilian employers, assists in the resolution of conflicts arising from an employee’s military commitment. The Patriot Award is the first in ESGR’s series of awards.
