UTRS Advanced Manufacturing combines our decades of experience supporting the Picatinny Arsenal’s Prototype Integration Facility (PIF) with the outstanding skills, knowledge, and equipment gained through our 2023 acquisitions of Gaum, Inc. and Hunter Manufacturing Services. Our exceptional team provides precision machined, made-to-order components for many industries using state-of-the-art Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Milling and Turning Centers operating within rigorous ISO 9001:2015, AS910 Rev. D, and MIL-I-45208A quality specifications. With our start-to-finish production capabilities at multiple locations, we offer fast turnaround, turnkey solutions including prototyping, fabrication, final machining, welding, assembly, inspection, LRIP, warehousing, and delivery.

We have the resources to develop and build your non-standard and specialty machines. We are experts at parts manufacturing, mechanical assembly, control systems, rebuilds, retrofits, test runs, and manufacturing process optimization. We even have office facilities where your engineers can work during development.
Our ability to weld, fabricate, and machine your project all under one roof and operating multiple shifts results in improved economy, quality, and delivery to you.
We produce OEM-quality fill slats for the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and other industries. In addition, we can supply any replacement or change parts you may need such as manifolds, chutes, dividers, slat chains, brushes, brush combs, slat guides, chain guides, and timing screws.
MIG or TIG welding, plasma cutting, grinding, sanding, deburring, molds, fixtures, dies, small or large quantities, tiny or massive components … we have done it and we can do it for you! We are experienced with aluminum, stainless steel, HDPE, and many other materials.
Our staff are experts with all relevant software including Solid Works, AutoCAD, PTC Creo, GIBBS CAM, Gauge Manager, E2 JobBoss, and Windchill.
Need quantity? We also offer billed-as-shipped warehousing and inventory control on large run, high-volume blanket orders, so you can receive parts as needed while getting reduced per-unit costs and the best possible volume pricing.
