After working at other engineering firms for over 15 years, Mike Finelli founded FCE in 2001, assembling a comprehensive team of civil and environmental engineering professionals who shared his strong commitment to customer service and representing their local communities on the New Jersey side of the Delaware River Water Gap. Over the next twenty years, FCE cultivated and earned the highest reputation for excellence in a very competitive industry and serving customers and projects in other states as well.
