UTRS formed UTRS Civil and Environmental Engineering (UTRS CEE) in 2023 to expand the reach of our expert services.
Civil and Environmental Engineering has been part of UTRS’s DNA for many years, beginning with the 2012 acquisition of RKR Hess, a firm with over 100 years of local service. UTRS CEE was formed in 2023 to expand the reach of our capabilities in this area. Building on a solid and existing foundation, the 2023 acquisition of Finelli Consulting Engineers greatly expanded our CEE footprint. UTRS CEE combined these two field offices, each with a distinguished local history, into a single entity capable of delivering consistent civil and environmental engineering services across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and many other states.
