UTRS Advanced Manufacturing (UTRS AM) offers a comprehensive suite of CNC machining capabilities, catering to a wide range of industries and project complexities. Whether you need precision prototypes, high-volume production runs, or anything in between, our team of experts operating advanced equipment will deliver exceptional results that meet your exact specifications.
Services
CNC Milling
We specialize in complex geometries and multi-axis machining, with a comprehensive array of vertical and horizontal machining centers equipped for both high-precision and high-volume runs. This allows us to accommodate projects of all sizes, from massive, single-piece components to intricate parts and complex assemblies.
CNC Turning
Our advanced CNC turning centers are capable of machining parts with tight tolerances and fine finishes. With live tooling and multi-axis control, we ensure efficient production of complex turned parts, optimizing lead times and reducing setup costs.
Prototyping & Production
We offer full lifecycle support, from rapid prototyping for one-off components to low-rate initial production (LRIP) and high-volume manufacturing. Whether you need a single component for testing or thousands of parts for large-scale applications, we can handle it all.
Custom Solutions
In addition to machining standard parts, we excel at creating non-standard, specialty machines and components. We provide mechanical assembly, control system integration, rebuilds, retrofits, and process optimization tailored to your project’s unique needs.
Post-Processing & Finishing
Our facilities are equipped with welding stations, grinders, and other finishing tools, enabling us to provide turnkey services that include post-processing, assembly, inspection, and delivery.
